My posts still require 'approval'?

I've been a member for almost a year with a good record but why do my posts still need to get 'approved' before they are shown?
Is it a consistent process for accounts or are some accounts just chosen at random to require their posts to be approved first?
How long would this last before my posts are shown instantaneously?
Instead of this approval-required process, it would be more encouraging to users if only the trouble-creators' accounts are set to require approval rather than for everyone.

I could not find any information about this in the rules. So I am asking here.

georgina21 As long as you have Trust Level 0 every post have to be approved.
After 1 year you've only posted 4 times here. You didn't help anybody and none of your posts were "liked".

silversurfer So, when does my community posts not discussions get auto approved? I mean at which level? I've achieved TL1 but my posts still require approval, so it's obvious I have to aim higher. The only thing that s u c k s here is that you are pushed to use rapidgator, while there are way better hosters (free and faster). Thats the reason i stopped here...

Usually when you reach TL2.
When you get to TL1 you have only proved that you are not a bot, but to be allowed to post without moderation you have to prove that you understand and follow the rules.
About TL2 the definition says: "TL2 - Beginner are active readers and contributors to discussions", and the guidelines tells: "You now are turning your focus on your posting style, helping other community members".

Basically reaching TL2 means you understand the rules and that you are trusted to follow those rules.
