No the rules specifies that it is a demand that the uploaders on main site always include links to two mandatory hosts from a list of 6 options. It is also mandatory that one of the hosts is either Nitroflare OR Rapidgator.

Adding links to additional hosts besides the mandatory hosts is also allowed. The uploaders can use any host they want with almost no limitations. There is a few exceptions.
