A 60-minute, Level 2+ class that’s as challenging as it is fun, it’s designed to prepare you for being....upside down. This Vinyasa-style class focuses on the core, shoulders, and overall strength in addition to inversions.

Find your strength yoga poses as well as your stamina as you work through one demanding sequence after another, and learn the fundamentals associated with pincha mayurasana, or forearm balance.

Pincha mayurasana, or Feathered Peacock Pose, requires palms and forearms on the floor, which helps you stay balanced during the inversion. It places no pressure on the head, yet provides all the wonderful benefits of being upside down.

Build up to pincha mayurasana and use this class to tone the arms, back, and shoulders while relieving stress and advancing your practice. Follow Yoga Collective teacher Andrea Jensen and get ready to challenge yourself!
