If you’re new to the community and have Trust Level 0, you won’t be able to make requests yet. See
Why can't I make requests? for more info.
-
If you’ve reached Trust Level 1, you can learn how to post a request
here.
Before you do, make sure to follow these guidelines:
-
Always use the main site search and community forum search (top right, labeled "Search Forum").
If it’s not already on SA, you’re welcome to post a request.
-
External links are fine, but they must be safe! Amazon and IMDB links are okay.
No links to other similar sites, Usenet, Torrents, or P2P services.
-
If it’s a repost, try PM’ing the original uploader first.
If no reply within 2 days, you can open a community request.
-
Don’t request unreleased content.
-
One request per topic, please.
-
Don’t spam well-known members with PM requests – it’ll earn you a 2-day suspension.
-
Always thank the uploader who fulfills your request!
Posts that break the rules will be reported and removed.
Always follow the correct request template! You can find examples on the
community rules page.
Write your request in plain English. Avoid "leet" speak – we know it looks cool, but it makes your post harder to find and may get it removed.
For example: "L/\n6 L3//" will not pass.
Be cautious with any links you get via PM, especially from new or unknown members. If unsure, ask a trusted member to check for you.
Better safe than sorry!
And don’t forget – always say thank you!
