While logged in to your account

If you are logged in, head over to "My Profile". On the first tab, you’ll see a field called Password – click the "change" link next to it.

This will take you to a page where you can set your new password.

Note:

If you forget your current password, you will need to log out and use the "Forgot your password?" tool to reset it (see below).

While logged out of your account

If you’re logged out, click "REGISTER/LOGIN" and then hit the "Forgot password?" link below the password box. Or just use this shortcut to the Forgot Password page.

Enter your email address or username linked to your SoftArchive account, then keep an eye out for an email from SA Team with your password reset link.

No longer have access to your email account?

If you can’t access the email tied to your account, don’t worry. Check out this FAQ article. We’ll help you update your email address.

Didn't receive your password reset email?

• Check your spam folder.
• Check your inbox’s "Social" or other tabs/folders.
• Add [email protected] to your contacts and try again.
